1. O Centro de Medicina da Floresta
O Centro de Medicina Florestal (CMF) foi criado em 1989, dentro de um movimento de mulheres, jovens e crianças, que se reuniram em torno do resgate do conhecimento tradicional sobre plantas em uma pequena comunidade no coração da Amazônia, na Floresta Nacional de Purus. De um pequeno jardim com espécies medicinais da região evoluiu para uma área de plantio, cultivando espécies nativas da floresta junto com plantas de jardim e ervas medicinais. Em 1997 adquiriu personalidade jurídica, ao se tornar uma associação sem fins lucrativos. Naquela época, já havia se tornado uma referência comunitária na terapêutica da floresta e em uma abordagem diferenciada da educação. Atualmente, o CMF trabalha com aproximadamente 300 espécies entre nativas da floresta e cultivadas e mantém um jardim com cerca de 200 espécies. Tem um setor para secar ervas e processar receitas de chás, banhos, compressas aromáticas e misturas para defumação; e um pequeno laboratório com uma média de 200 receitas oficiais entre “garrafadas” (bebida cozinhada tradicionalmente com cipós, cascas e raízes da floresta), tinturas simples e compostas de uso interno e externo, homeopatias, essências florais, banhos, repelentes, pomadas e emulsões. São muitas variedades de produtos! Toda essa estrutura sempre esteve atrelada à educação, que se destacou como uma linha transversal presente em cada setor, em cada etapa, em cada nova iniciativa, em toda reflexão que nutre sua continuidade!
2. Conheça a Escola do Centro de Medicina da Floresta
Como parte do processo de crescimento, o CMF vem trabalhando com uma equipe de gestão que funciona de forma rotativa, em todos os setores da instituição, oferecendo treinamento a jovens e crianças da comunidade do Mapiá e tendo alguns instrutores em áreas específicas. Ao longo dos anos, conseguiu treinar muitos jovens que passaram a ocupar posições estratégicas no processo de gestão, produção e até mesmo como instrutores setoriais. Muitos desses jovens se sentiram motivados a evoluir para outros níveis de formação e hoje frequentam as universidades brasileiras, formando-se em Biologia, Botânica, Gestão Ambiental, Engenharia Florestal e Agronomia. A maioria deles atribui o fato de ter dado este passo ao incentivo recebido na escola, criando esperanças de participar da construção do futuro do Centro como profissionais qualificados pela academia. Hoje, o CMF trabalha com alguns jovens que foram qualificados em seu aprendizado e que já ganharam o cargo de instrutores, incluindo a equipe de gestão que é composta principalmente por esses jovens. Atualmente, 75% da administração da instituição é constituída por jovens que se formaram como aprendizes; esses mesmos jovens acumulam funções como instrutores de novos aprendizes, multiplicando assim este conhecimento!
3. Adote um(a) Aprendiz da Floresta!
Mas para que essa história continue a acontecer, O CMF precisa da sua ajuda para seguir atendendo cada vez mais jovens. O centro sobrevive basicamente da produção das Tinturas- Mãe dos Florais da Amazônia, que são comercializadas pelo Instituto Floresta-Mãe no Brasil, doações não regulares e algumas vendas internas em tempos de visitação. Atualmente o centro atende 10 aprendizes:

A campanha “Adote um(a) Aprendiz da Floresta” tem como objetivo conseguir financiar os estudos dos 10 estudantes por 1 ano na escola com toda a infraestrutura. Para que isso ocorra, precisamos levantar a quantia de R$ 65.187,00, ou seja, cada estudante custa ao CMF o valor mensal de R$ 543,22 que inclui alimentação, vestuário e o pagamento de uma bolsa de estudo para que consiga se desenvolver e poder transmitir seus conhecimentos para novos jovens, ampliando o aprendizado vindo da floresta!

1. The Forest Medicine Center
The Center for Forest Medicine (CFM) was created in 1989 within a movement of women, young people and children, who gathered around the rescue of traditional knowledge about plants in a small community in the heart of the Amazon in the Purus National Forest. From a small garden with medicinal species of the region evolved into a planting area, growing native forest species along with garden plants and medicinal herbs. In 1997 it acquired legal personality, by becoming a non-profit association. At that time, it had already become a community reference in forest therapeutics and a differentiated approach to education. Currently, the CFM works with approximately 300 species among forest native and cultivated and maintains a garden with about 200 species. It has a sector to dry herbs and process recipes for teas, baths, aromatic compresses and blends for smoking; and a small laboratory with an average of 200 official recipes between “garrafadas” (traditionally cooked beverage with vines, barks and roots of the forest), simple and compound dyes for internal and external use, homeopaths, flower essences, baths, repellents, ointments and emulsions. There are many varieties of products! All this structure has always been linked to education, which stood out as a transversal line present in each sector, at each stage, in each new initiative, in all reflection that nurtures its continuity!
2. Meet the School of the Forest Medicine Center
As part of the growth process, the CFM has been working with a rotating management team in all sectors of the institution, providing training to young people and children in the Mapiá community and having some instructors in specific areas. Over the years, it has been able to train many young people who have come to occupy strategic positions in the process of management, production and even as sector instructors. Many of these young people felt motivated to evolve to other levels of training and today attend the Brazilian universities, graduating in Biology, Botany, Environmental Management, Forestry Engineering and Agronomy. Most of them attribute the fact that they have taken this step to the incentive received at the school, raising hopes of participating in the construction of the Center’s future as qualified professionals. Today, the CFM works with some young people who have been qualified in their apprenticeship and who have already gained the position of instructors, including the management team which is mainly composed of these young people. Currently, 75% of the administration of the institution consists of young people who have graduated as apprentices; these same young people accumulate functions as instructors of new apprentices, thus multiplying this knowledge!
3. Adopt a “Forest Apprentice”!
But for this story to continue to happen, the CFM needs your help to keep serving more and more young people. The “Adopt a Forest Apprentice” campaign aims to finance the 10-year student’s studies at the school with all the infrastructure. En 1997 adquirió personalidad jurídica al convertirse en una asociación sin fines de lucro. En ese momento, ya se había convertido en una referencia comunitaria en la terapéutica forestal y en un enfoque diferenciado de la educación. Actualmente, el CFM trabaja con aproximadamente 300 especies entre bosques nativos y cultivados, y mantiene un jardín con aproximadamente 200 especies. Tiene un sector para secar hierbas y procesar recetas para tés, baños, compresas aromáticas y mezclas para fumar; y un pequeño laboratorio con un promedio de 200 recetas oficiales entre “garrafadas” (bebidas tradicionales cocidas con vides, cortezas y raíces del bosque), colorantes simples y compuestos para uso interno y externo, homeópatas, esencias florales, baños, repelentes, ungüentos y emulsiones Hay muchas variedades de productos! Toda esta estructura siempre estuvo ligada a la educación, que se destacó como una línea transversal presente en cada sector, en cada etapa, en cada nueva iniciativa, en toda reflexión que nutre su continuidad.
2. Conozca la Escuela del Centro de Medicina Forestal
Como parte del proceso de crecimiento, el CFM ha estado trabajando con un equipo de gestión rotativo en todos los sectores de la institución, brindando capacitación a jóvenes y niños en la comunidad de Mapiá y teniendo algunos instructores en áreas específicas. A lo largo de los años, ha sido capaz de capacitar a muchos jóvenes que han llegado a ocupar puestos estratégicos en el proceso de gestión, producción e incluso como instructores del sector. Muchos de estos jóvenes se sintieron motivados para evolucionar a otros niveles de capacitación y hoy asisten a las universidades brasileñas, graduándose en Biología, Botánica, Gestión Ambiental, Ingeniería Forestal y Agronomía. La mayoría de ellos atribuyen el hecho de que han dado este paso al incentivo recibido en la escuela, aumentando las esperanzas de participar en la construcción del futuro del Centro como profesionales calificados. Hoy, el CFM trabaja con algunos jóvenes que han sido calificados en su aprendizaje y que ya han ganado el puesto de instructores, incluido el equipo de gestión que está compuesto principalmente por estos jóvenes. Actualmente, el 75% de la administración de la institución está compuesta por jóvenes graduados como aprendices; estos mismos jóvenes acumulan funciones como instructores de nuevos aprendices, ¡multiplicando así este conocimiento!

Pero para que esta historia continúe sucediendo, el MFC necesita su ayuda para seguir sirviendo a más y más jóvenes. El centro sobrevive básicamente de la producción de las Tinturas Madre-de-los-Bosques del Amazonas, que son comercializadas por el Instituto Floresta-Mãe en Brasil, donaciones no regulares y algunas ventas internas en tiempos de visitas. Para que esto suceda, necesitamos aumentar la cantidad de R $ 65,186.16, es decir, cada estudiante le cuesta al CFM el monto mensual de R $ 543.22 que consiste en comida, ropa y el pago de una beca para desarrollarse y poder transmitir ¡su conocimiento a nuevos jóvenes, aumentando el aprendizaje proveniente del bosque! Nel 1997 ha acquisito personalità giuridica, diventando un’associazione senza scopo di lucro. A quel tempo, era già diventato un riferimento comunitario nelle terapie forestali e un approccio differenziato all’educazione. Attualmente, la CFM lavora con circa 300 specie tra foreste native e coltivate e mantiene un giardino con circa 200 specie. Ha un settore per asciugare le erbe e elaborare ricette per tè, bagni, impacchi aromatici e miscele per il fumo; e un piccolo laboratorio con una media di 200 ricette ufficiali tra “garrafadas” (bevanda tradizionalmente cotta con viti, cortecce e radici della foresta), tinture semplici e composte per uso interno ed esterno, omeopati, essenze floreali, bagni, repellenti, unguenti ed emulsioni. Ci sono molte varietà di prodotti! Tutta questa struttura è sempre stata legata all’educazione, che si è distinta come una linea trasversale presente in ogni settore, in ogni fase, in ogni nuova iniziativa, in ogni riflessione che alimenta la sua continuità!

Come parte del processo di crescita, il CFM ha lavorato con un team di gestione a rotazione in tutti i settori dell’istituzione, fornendo formazione a giovani e bambini nella comunità Mapiá e con alcuni istruttori in aree specifiche. Nel corso degli anni, è stato in grado di formare molti giovani che sono venuti ad occupare posizioni strategiche nel processo di gestione, produzione e persino come istruttori di settore. Molti di questi giovani si sono sentiti motivati ad evolversi verso altri livelli di formazione e oggi frequentano le università brasiliane, laureandosi in Biologia, Botanica, Gestione ambientale, Ingegneria forestale e Agronomia. La maggior parte di loro attribuisce il fatto di aver fatto questo passo all’incentivo ricevuto a scuola, aumentando le speranze di partecipare alla costruzione del futuro del Centro come professionisti qualificati. Oggi il CFM lavora con alcuni giovani che sono stati qualificati nel loro apprendistato e che hanno già ottenuto la posizione di istruttori, incluso il gruppo dirigente composto principalmente da questi giovani. Attualmente, il 75% dell’amministrazione dell’istituzione è composto da giovani laureati come apprendisti; questi stessi giovani accumulano funzioni di istruttori di nuovi apprendisti, moltiplicando così questa conoscenza!

Ma affinché questa storia continui ad accadere, il CFM ha bisogno del tuo aiuto per continuare a servire sempre più giovani. Il centro sopravvive fondamentalmente dalla produzione delle tinture della madre del bosco dell’Amazzonia, che sono commercializzate dall’Instituto Floresta-Mãe in Brasile, donazioni non regolari e alcune vendite interne in tempi di visita. Affinché ciò accada, dobbiamo aumentare l’importo di R $ 65.186,16, ovvero, ogni studente costa al CFM l’importo mensile di R $ 543,22 costituito da cibo, vestiti e il pagamento di una borsa di studio per svilupparsi ed essere in grado di trasmettere la loro conoscenza a nuovi giovani, aumentando l’apprendimento proveniente dalla foresta! 1. Das Zentrum für Waldmedizin
Das Zentrum für Forstmedizin (CFM) wurde 1989 in einer Bewegung von Frauen, Jugendlichen und Kindern gegründet, die sich um die Rettung des traditionellen Pflanzenwissens in einer kleinen Gemeinde im Herzen des Amazonas im Purus National Forest versammelten. Aus einem kleinen Garten mit Heilpflanzen der Region entwickelte sich eine Anbaufläche, in der heimische Waldarten sowie Gartenpflanzen und Heilkräuter wachsen. Im Jahr 1997 erwarb es Rechtspersönlichkeit, indem es ein gemeinnütziger Verein wurde. Zu dieser Zeit war es bereits eine Gemeinschaftsreferenz in forstlichen Therapeutika und ein differenzierter Zugang zu Bildung. Derzeit arbeitet der CFM mit etwa 300 Arten unter den einheimischen und kultivierten Waldarten und unterhält einen Garten mit etwa 200 Arten. Es hat einen Sektor, Kräuter zu trocknen und Rezepte für Tees, Bäder, aromatische Kompressen und Mischungen für das Rauchen zu verarbeiten; und ein kleines Labor mit durchschnittlich 200 offiziellen Rezepten zwischen “Garrafadas” (traditionell gekochtes Getränk mit Reben, Rinden und Wurzeln des Waldes), einfachen und zusammengesetzten Farbstoffen für den Innen- und Außenbereich, Homöopathen, Blütenessenzen, Bädern, Repellents, Salben und Emulsionen. Es gibt viele Sorten von Produkten! All diese Struktur war schon immer mit der Bildung verbunden, die als transversale Linie in jedem Sektor, in jeder Phase, in jeder neuen Initiative, in allen Reflexionen, die ihre Kontinuität fördern, präsent ist!
2. Treffen Sie die Schule des Forest Medicine Center
Als Teil des Wachstumsprozesses hat das CFM mit einem rotierenden Managementteam in allen Bereichen der Einrichtung zusammengearbeitet, das junge Menschen und Kinder in der Mapiá-Gemeinschaft ausbildet und einige Ausbilder in bestimmten Bereichen hat. Im Laufe der Jahre konnte es viele junge Leute ausbilden, die strategische Positionen im Management, in der Produktion und sogar als Ausbilder in der Branche einnehmen. Viele dieser jungen Menschen fühlten sich motiviert, sich zu anderen Ausbildungsstufen zu entwickeln und besuchen heute die brasilianischen Universitäten mit Abschluss in Biologie, Botanik, Umweltmanagement, Forstwirtschaft und Agronomie. Die meisten von ihnen führen die Tatsache, dass sie diesen Schritt gemacht haben, auf den Anreiz zurück, den sie in der Schule erhalten haben, und hoffen, am Aufbau der Zukunft des Zentrums als qualifizierte Fachleute teilnehmen zu können. Heute arbeitet der CFM mit einigen jungen Menschen, die in ihrer Ausbildung qualifiziert sind und bereits die Position eines Ausbilders erworben haben, einschließlich des Führungsteams, das hauptsächlich aus diesen jungen Leuten besteht. Derzeit bestehen 75% der Verwaltung der Einrichtung aus jungen Menschen, die einen Lehrabschluss erworben haben; Dieselben jungen Leute akkumulieren Funktionen als Ausbilder neuer Lehrlinge und multiplizieren dieses Wissen!
3. Adoptiere einen “Waldlehrling”!
Aber damit diese Geschichte weitergeht, braucht der CFM Ihre Hilfe, um immer mehr junge Menschen zu versorgen. Die Kampagne “Adopt a Forest Apprentice” zielt darauf ab, das 10-jährige Schüler-Studium an der Schule mit der gesamten Infrastruktur zu finanzieren. 1. Het Forest Medicine Center

1. Le Centre de médecine forestière
Le Centre de Médecine Forestière (CFM) a été créé en 1989 au sein d’un mouvement de femmes, de jeunes et d’enfants qui se sont réunis autour du sauvetage des connaissances traditionnelles sur les plantes dans une petite communauté au cœur de l’Amazonie dans la forêt nationale de Purus. D’un petit jardin avec des espèces médicinales de la région a évolué dans une zone de plantation, la croissance des espèces de la forêt indigène avec des plantes de jardin et des herbes médicinales. En 1997, il a acquis la personnalité juridique en devenant une association à but non lucratif. A cette époque, il était déjà devenu une référence communautaire en thérapeutique forestière et une approche différenciée de l’éducation. Actuellement, le CFM travaille avec environ 300 espèces parmi les forêts indigènes et cultivées et maintient un jardin avec environ 200 espèces. Il a un secteur pour sécher des herbes et traiter des recettes pour des thés, des bains, des compresses aromatiques et des mélanges pour fumer; et un petit laboratoire avec une moyenne de 200 recettes officielles entre «garrafadas» (boissons traditionnellement cuites avec des vignes, écorces et racines de la forêt), colorants simples et composés pour usage interne et externe, homéopathes, essences de fleurs, bains, répulsifs, onguents et des émulsions.
